Newmark to begin sales in Pearland’s Shadow Ridge

Newmark Homes will open for presales in September in Shadow Ridge, a 22-acre development that is adjacent to Shadow Creek Ranch in Pearland.

Although developed by Michael Doyle with DCI, the neighborhood will be marketed as part of Shadow Creek Ranch and is included in the community’s homeowners’ association, allowing residents access to amenities in Shadow Creek Ranch. Newmark Homes will be the exclusive builder in the neighborhood, offering home designs for 50-, 55- and 60-foot homesites priced from the $250,000s. Shadow Ridge will encompass 115 homes.

“This is one of the few remaining opportunities for a new home in Shadow Creek Ranch that is zoned to Alvin ISD,” said Jeff Dye, Newmark vice president. “Based on the chance for new homes in Alvin ISD, the generous amenity package in Shadow Creek Ranch and the diversity of properties and homes that will be offered, this is a tremendous opportunity for Newmark to once again establish itself in the Pearland area.”
