More and more places to shop and dine are coming to Shadow Creek Ranch every month. Several shopping centers have popped up along Shadow Creek Ranch which include Kroger, Buc-ee's, Walgreens, CBS Pharmacy, and many restaurants and services.

Pearland Town Center

This signature, open-air, mixed-use destination includes a 718,000-square-foot lifestyle center anchored by fashion department stores Dillard's and Macy's. In addition, Pearland Town Center offers office and multi-family residential space above the retail, a 250-acre lake, and miles of walking paths and parks, creating a truly urban experience. Shadow Creek Ranch Town Center

Shadow Creek Ranch Town Center has a unique blend of grocery-anchored large format space, specialty soft goods retailers, restaurants and service retail.
