Kelsey-Seybold to consolidate two Pearland clinics

New Pearland Clinic more than double the size of the combined Silverlake and Shadow Creek locations

To meet increased demand and improve patient experience and convenience, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has begun construction on a new medical office building in Pearland that will bring all physicians and medical services under one roof. Upon completion, the new Pearland Clinic, located at 2515 Business Center Drive, off Highway 288 and W. Broadway St., will replace both the Silverlake and Shadow Creek Ranch clinics.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Pearland will be one of 20 multispecialty clinics in the Greater Houston area. The new Pearland Clinic joins recent construction of the Meyerland Clinic (which opened April 8) and the Pasadena Clinic (which will open June 24). Additionally, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will be moving into its new administrative building in Pearland, beginning in July.

The three-story Pearland Clinic will more than double the size of the combined Silverlake and Shadow Creek locations, with 55,000 square feet designated as clinical space, and room for 27 physicians. Patients will have access to physicians specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, OB/GYN, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Ortho-Sports Medicine, Spine, Podiatry and Pulmonary/Critical Care. Patients will have the added convenience of an onsite pharmacy to fill prescriptions.

In addition to having all physicians and medical services in the same building, the new Pearland Clinic will offer expanded medical and diagnostic testing including ultrasound, MRI and Travel Medicine as well as the immediate expansion of the clinical laboratory and the new clinic will have space designated for future digital mammography, bone densitometry, echocardiography and mobile CT imaging.

Physicians at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic-Silverlake and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Shadow Creek Ranch will continue to see patients at the 9430 Broadway St. and 10970 Shadow Creek Parkway locations, respectively, until the new Pearland Clinic opens this fall.
